Hi Bloggers.

Hello Bloggers, I'm updating my wordpress blog, and on there is a link to here. Now I see that it's been a year since I popped over, so just to let you know I'm still here.

This is my drink of the day. Spirulina smoothie, and I thought it was going to be awful, see the other blog.
The other blog

Thing is, it's not too bad at all, infact it's like slipping into a Terry Pratchett novel, sipping away at green froth at mid-day. I add half a banana, couple of strawberries, just over half a teaspoon (it was half yesterday, so I'm getting slightly more risky each day) soya yoghurt and soya milk. I actually like it which is surprising.

On Monday 18th May, you can read my latest serial set in the fictional village of Redington in North Norfolk. It's called operation bric-a-brac. Published on Creative Frontiers, I'll post a link here when it's posted.

Wordpress is working again now.

Glad to say that my wordpress blog is back working. It makes me glad to have this cheery little spot as well though, so I'm going to be using it at least once a month, and I have some good news.

I've just received an email to say that on Thursday, in That's Life magazine, my letter will be on the embarrassing moments part. This is not the first one they've had from me, so don't worry if you get into some funny situations, write about them, and send them to That's Life.

The first one I sent in was quite rude, and Alan was hoping nobody realised it was me. Enough said on that, other than to say it created a bit of a buzz among my followers at the time. And lost me one or two as well, who were shocked...

If you'd like to read my serial story set in Redington, have a look here. Creative Frontiers...

From Monday 19th May through to Friday 23rd May.

There's also a competition to enter on there, it's free, so have a go, I will.

Having trouble getting on to my own blog with wordpress, so not sure what's going on.
I had the same problem last year. Seems like lots of people are the same, so it isn't only me.
The telephone and all other broadband is alright as well. Suppose it'll sort itself out, in the meantime,
I have this blog, so ner ner ne ner ner wordpress.
Look at this clematis... it's called Malaya Garnet, and it's stunning rambling through the greenery.

These graceful aqueliga flowers are a riot of purples and pinks.
That's what they say in the novels isn't it:)
Following on with the purple and pinks, this is our new patch of garden. Can you spot the gnome with his acorns in the picture. He's keeping a watch out. Not sure what for, but he is.
The bottom photo is another angle of the new patch. There's Romeo and Juliet, and a fairy in the corner. It's our meditation patch, with lavender there in the front of the picture. I'm aiming for plants and flowers that will expand and establish, so I only have to hoe round them. All for easiness, and giving me more time for writing.

Speaking of which, off to do some of that now.
Enjoy the sunshine.

I finished nano, I have 50,379 words now to edit and sort out, but for now, I'm going to put them away

I'm having problems accessing my wordpress blog, so it may have been compromised I think. Never mind, I'll make a new one....

Don't know why I'm squinting so much in this photo, or perhaps I do that all the time.

Summer Holidays - a story for children.

I've published an e - story for children. It's about a boy called Alex, who goes on holiday with his mum and step-dad. An escapist kind of story for 7 - 10 year olds, or anyone who refuses to grow up.

You can find it here. Hope you and the children enjoy it if you read it.
